My area of special interest is supporting women and families during pregnancy (perinatal and postpartum).
"Aspire to be YOU not someone else as YOUR resilience and strength makes YOU uniquely YOU. Your life is your story; write well, edit often no matter how many time YOU edit!"

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Psychoanalytic therapy while also incorporating a variety of techniques using Person-Centered therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy with focusing on working with each client in a collaborative effort providing a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment while exploring and sharing challenging topics. My mission of focus is to support, guide, and empower my clients while working together exploring solutions and strategies through self-confidence, self-discovery, and self-awareness focusing on healing, growth, expansion by concentrating on the specific needs of each client, couple and family through exploring oneself, family dynamics, structure and overall relationships and the influential connection to thoughts, feelings, emotions' and behaviors. My techniques will be introduced to address each individual client's, couples or family's needs, concerns, and overall goals.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Building on that foundation, I earned my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2023. In 2017, I took the initiative to collaborate with Mayo Health Systems to advocate for mental health awareness, specifically focusing on postpartum depression. Through this effort, I contributed to an impactful online article on the Mayo website, aimed at educating and empowering others. I am committed to advancing mental health advocacy and supporting individuals and families as they navigate their journeys.

In my personal time outside of work I enjoy spending time with my children, family and friends gardening, staying active and enjoying nature.
